When installing in a virtualized environment, it is the customer’s responsibility to provide full support of the virtualization environment & the virtual software itself. The customer must provide a unique MAC address for each install instance of FreeFlow software for licensing and must also provide support for Xerox to install FreeFlow software in the virtual environment.

We have been running PDF Originator under ESXi for a long time now. I have no complaints.
